AumEnzymes looks very soon in future to introduce enzymes for wine making at ripening of grapes, harvest, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation and clarification, must oxidation. These enzymes products speed up the natural process of wine making and make the fullest use of facilities and equipment, and improve quality of the wine. Develop some special enzymes for rubber industry where enzymes can be used in reduction of protein and phospholipid for rubber indutry.Also, introducing new enzymes for the dairy industries for cheese making and enzymes uses in fruit processing.

  • Enzymes are natural protein chemicals and made by living microorganism or botanical origin. In this scenario eco-chemistry application of various enzymes viz. protease,amylases,lipase, glucoamylases, xylanase, pectinase, cellulases, etc. have been realized.

Handling Precaution:

  • Enzymes are proteins and inhalation of dust or aerosols may induce sensitization and may cause allergic reactions in sensitized individuals. Some enzymes may irritate the skin, eyes and mucous membranes upon prolonged contact. Liquid enzyme products may create inhalable aerosols if splashed or vigorously stirred. Spilled product material should therefore be flushed away with water.

Storage:

  • Enzyme products should be stored in a cool dry place. When stored below 25 oC products will maintain its declared activity for at least 24 months. The enzyme preparations should not be left in direct sunlight for extended periods. Liquid preparation should not be frozen.

Packaging:

  • Enzyme products is available in 5/15/25 kg. HDPE fiber drum / jerry can / Aluminum foil bag. special packaging is also available on request.
